About

I am passionate about designs that solve real world problems and produce enjoyable user experiences. The importance of usable and meaningful interfaces first occurred to me during my training as a pilot, when I discovered the issues of human factors in aviation. I have since found my passion for UX design and research. I completed my M.S. in Human Factors and my B.A. in Psychology at San Jose State University. I have since worked at Stanford, Panasonic, Google, and IBM in research and design roles.

In my free time, I enjoy fishing, hiking, snowboarding, and working on personal design and web projects.
